Personal Summary:
I am an extremely charismatic and eccentric 27 year old family man. My hobbies include playing rugby and socialising with my friends and colleagues and most importantly spending time with my partner and wonderful children. I work during the day as an Energy broker in a high flying and fast paced business. Of an evening I am a professional comedian on the after dinner, Black tie and social club circuit. I plan to soon give up my day job to pursue a long lived career as a comedian/actor as I could think of nothing I would like to do more.
Theatre shows-
I have spent many years assisting in our family run pantomime the Newcastle panto company giving me a vast wealth of knowledge of the inner workings of a pantomime and on stage performance.
I have appeared as a comedian in countless sold out theatre shows across the north east most recently at " the Brendan Healy tribute evening� in front of an audience of 1350 people sharing the stage with Tim Healy, Denise Welch, John Miles and many others.
I have also performed at the Whitley bay playhouse, Victoria hall (Hexham), City hall (Newcastle) where I have also been involved with Sunday for Sammy a large fund raising show, The Tyne Theatre, Baltic flower mill, The Sage (Gateshead) and many more.
I have also graced countless social clubs and golf clubs across the country with my old fashioned story telling comedy with a new spin on it all. I sell my jokes with charisma as well as facial and bodily expressions and apt timing.
I have done a full uk tour alongside, Tommy Cannon, Chrissy Rock, Billy Pearce & Leah bell in a comedy play titled 'seriously dead' where i played 8 different parts.
I was the Starring Role in the concert empire adaptation of beauty and the beast. (a posh way of saying starred in the panto at concert empire).
I also appeared as one half of the ugly sisters in the 2019 production of Cinderella at the Gateshead international stadium. this role earned me many positive reviews such as "the ugliest ugly sister i have ever seen"- Ed Waugh Northern Echo.
I Perform weekly to completely new audiences thriving on having to win over completely new groups of people on a nightly basis.
I am always on the hunt for my next challenge as a comedian as I like to push the boundaries and give myself new bars and goals to hit. As all I want to achieve is a comfortable life for me and my family and to be able to say laughter paid for it all.
Acting roles-
I have appeared in Byker grove back in my very young years as from the day I came out of the womb I knew I wanted to be the centre of attention all of the time! In my brief stint on byker grove I got to share the screen with some wonderfully talented actors who have gone on to achieve great success.
I Recently appeared in an on stage version of little shop of horrors in which I injected my comedic spin on the small roles I was given. I created a very awkward and well timed customer one alongside a few other customers throughout the show. I was asked to perform on this show due to my comedic accolades.
I played main character Rob in Channel 4's short film called "when dating apps just don't cut it"
I also have appeared briefly in an episode of Tracy Beaker in which my size was used to hide a young trouble maker (Tracy Beaker herself).
I would love the opportunity to prove myself as I would hope if it is comedic grace and timing you would require for any role I could prove this within one meeting as I was born a comedian as my Father was a comedian and I learnt my craft over my entire lifetime.
