I have completed the NCFE accredited Level 2 Ticbox Course for Supporting Artistes (5* SA) and both the Initial and Advanced Ticbox Actors' Workshops.
As a retired Police Inspector with 27 years service I have plenty of policing skills and experiences to draw upon to assist me as an SA / Actor.
I now enjoy working as a volunteer for an animal rescue charity, fostering rabbits and helping them to get re-homed.
Since 2021, I've been an active member of 'roleplaynorth', Newcastle University, providing roleplayer services for medical students' training and practical exams.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the theatre, gardening, running (I've completed the Great North Run three times to raise money for animal rescue charities), photography, birdwatching and nature and wildlife. I also like to attend 1940s nostalgia events and have a number of my own outfits from this era, as well as owning vintage clothing from the 1970s.
I enjoy Ballroom and Latin American dancing, resurrecting a hobby I first started at University.
I have a BA Honours degree in Ancient History and Classical Civilisation from Sheffield University and an Advanced Diploma in Management Practice from Newcastle University.
